Can you view or recover my redacted files?
No. TrueRedact never receives, logs, or stores your documents. Processing happens solely in your machine's RAM. Once you close your browser tab or navigate away, the in-memory representation is completely wiped.
Can I run TrueRedact offline or on an air-gapped machine?
Yes. Once you open TrueRedact while connected to the internet, the service worker caches the site assets. You can then disconnect your internet connection or put your computer into Airplane mode, and all 8 tools will continue to work normally without interruption.
Is TrueRedact free for commercial use?
Yes. TrueRedact is free for renters, freelancers, legal professionals, accountants, and commercial enterprises.
